Director's Statement

“FILM IS AN ART AND ART SHOULDN’T BE BOUND BY RULES” I truly believe in the above statement. However, in recent times, all thanks to the growing popularity of so called “FILM LAUREATES”, they have started to define what a “GOOD FILM” or rather, what an “ART” in a FILM is. This misconception has been growing like a wildfire, which has cornered and forced filmmakers to like, appreciate and even make films that are bound by those rules. Anybody who doesn’t appreciate or follow those rules are often shamed for their taste or rather lack thereof. I was, or rather still am, a victim of this mentality. I almost succumbed to this peer pressure but thanks to some of the very brilliant film-mentors, I was able to dodge it. This film is about that very experience, presented in the form of mockumentary. .
