He later went on to direct artistic and box office hits such as ‘Bachna Chahane Haru(1982)’, ‘Mashal(1985)’, ‘Kahi Andhyaro Kahi Ujyalo (1988)’, ‘Didi(1992)’, ‘Chatyang(1994)’ and ‘Bhisma Pratigya(1995)’.
