A Cold Heart

A cruel communist leader Jwala gets warm hospitality from a poor peasant woman, Sukumaya. He brags about his people's war, boasting he has raised arms and carrying explosives for the country's drastic change and brings happiness and prosperity for ordinary and oppressed people. Jwala also claims Children like her son Kaji will have radiant faces out of misery. Before he departs from Sukumaya's home, Jwala informs her as if doing her a favor about her husband's condition. This information leaves the devastated family in sudden heart-wrenching pain and in-depth grief.
