Time has changed significantly. All the rituals and customs that our forefathers did, the new generation has given them up. Writer/director Gopal Acharya was born and grew up in the same locality where the shaman character of the short film lives, who is his mit-father, a ritually initiated friend of his father. The shaman was respected well for his metaphysical abilities. Every time he treated his patients, it was a success story. In the film as well, he tells that he was able to give power to a woman in the village who was having difficulty giving birth to her twins. Similarly, he treated many people in his life. All the villagers were thankful to him. His way of shamanism was unique, that’s what all the villagers think. Now, he is getting old. For some reason, the offering of rooster did not respond to him during his recent practice. Then, he thought that the power of deity is slowly fading away inside him. Then, he decides of retiring from shamanism.
