Synopsis
The film is led by Tutku, a young female pigeon keeper inspired by pigeons and the freedom struggle of Alevites and women in a male-oriented society. Through 25 locations and interviews with pigeon owners in Istanbul, the film investigates how the love for pigeons connects people to the universe, with stories of their passion for birds and their memories. The film also provides an unexpected view of Istanbul's neighborhoods through detailed shots of balconies and rooftops.
