Synopsis

A team of scientists is conducting ice core drilling on the last remaining glacier but hasn't sent any new results for weeks. Data analyst Sasha Sirkovsky is sent to investigate the situation. As she delves into their work, mysterious hallucinogenic vapors rise from the ice, blurring the line between the icy landscape and her inner traumas.

Director

Michel Kessler (1992, Basel) is a Swiss poet and filmmaker who studied architecture at ETH Zurich. In 2022, he received the Werkjahr of the City of Zurich for poetry. David Oesch (1992, Thun) is a Swiss filmmaker and former journalist. His short films have screened internationally and won several awards, including the 2020 Tribeca Student Visionary Award.
