Director

Amol Jadhav is an award-winning advertising photographer and emerging director based in Mumbai, India. With over a decade of experience in visual storytelling, Amol has developed a distinctive cinematic style that seamlessly blends emotion, atmosphere, and narrative clarity. Originally trained and known for his work behind the still camera, Amol’s visual language is shaped by his deep understanding of light, composition, and human emotion—elements that naturally extend into his work as a director. His transition from high-end commercial photography into filmmaking was organic, driven by a desire to explore character, rhythm, and mood in motion. As a director, Amol brings a grounded, intuitive, and visually rich approach to storytelling. His short films, branded content, and commercials are marked by strong emotional cores, stylized realism, and a refined sense of timing. Whether crafting a quiet human moment or a larger-than-life visual campaign, he approaches each project with cinematic sensitivity and meticulous attention to detail. Amol’s background includes large-scale campaigns for clients like Tata Motors, Mahindra, Pantaloons, Thums Up, and Dettol. His commercial experience brings both discipline and polish to his directorial work, while his personal roots in watercolor painting and farming add layers of authenticity and natural rhythm to his creative voice. He is currently developing original short and long-form narratives that reflect themes of identity, memory, and modern Indian life—told with visual poetry and emotional depth.
