Synopsis

Noor, a fifth-grade student, desires to buy a new pair of sneakers, but he doesn't have the money to do so. However, he has a pair of "Lakkha" (pigeons). Now he starts a journey to sell his pigeons, but all of a sudden a local gangster appears and snatches his pigeons from him.

Director's Statement

“The Pair of White Pigeons” unfolds like a quiet fable—one that mirrors the tender workings of childhood desire, hope, and awakening consciousness. Through its gentle imagery, the film becomes both a mirror and a warning: a reflection of a world where innocence dreams freely even as the present threatens the future it deserves. Yet within its frames, the story paints the outline of a better world—one still possible, still shimmering—if only we learn to listen to the fragile flutter of hope the way a child does.
