The Godless Era

The creation of our film, The Godless Era, began with a Nietzschean philosophical premise: What happens after 'God is dead'? We didn't seek to depict an atheistic paradise, but rather to imagine humanity's struggle and mutation within the immense vacuum left by collapsed faith. Visually, we were heavily influenced by the dystopian surrealism of Polish painter Zdzisław Beksiński and the biomechanical aesthetic of H.R. Giger, striving to create a world that is simultaneously grotesque, terrifying, and imbued with a tragic beauty. The divine corpse in the sky is not just a visual spectacle; it is the colossal tombstone of a former faith, hanging over everyone's head.
